Engineer Ibrahim Massoud Chairman and Managing Director of the Western Desert Operating Petroleum Company “WEPCO” and Accountant Mohamed Moustafa Chairman and Managing Director of “EPSCO” went on a field visit at the free trade zone region Port Said to inspect the new equipment of “EGPTO” which will start the padding work of the well (BED 1-34) at “Badr 1” owned by WEPCO with cement with different diameters in the well.
He was received by Yasser Fakhr Al-Deen –PHD the executive director of “EGPTO” police, accountant Tarek Al-Badry assistant director and member of the board of directors of “EPSCO”, major general and member of the board of directors Magdy Shanishen, major general Hussein Al-Kady and member of the board of directors, engineer Emad Ezzat operations manager and the staff of both “EPSCO” and “EGPTCO”.
Engineer Ibrahim Massoud has pointed out that the cooperation between “EGPTCO” and the Western Desert Operating Petroleum Company “WEPCO” is the first of its kind in that field, and “EGPTCO” is considered one of the companies of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation.
Massoud did the necessary inspections and the practical tests of the equipment and found that they’re of high quality and in a good condition in addition of the availability of spare parts necessary for all the equipment.
Engineer Ibrahim Massoud was accompanied by a delegation consisting of Accountant Mohamed Fathy chairman assistant of administrative affairs, Engineer Al-Sayed Sobhy Operations General Manager, Mohamed Hassan –PHD chairman assistant of safety and work health, Engineer Khalil Sayed drilling manager, and Wael Zakaria head of the drilling department.
