Project objective :
- Construction works of the new pipeline and the new SPM to:
- Secure Shipping operation as for the current SBM in service since 1979.
- increase El-Hamra Terminal Shipping Capabilities by increasing the shipping rate up to 1,000,000 BBLPD, and receiving Tankers up to 150,000 DWT
- Construction of a 36-inch Marine Loading pipeline with a length of 8 km for marine shipping
