WEPCO’s Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) is designed to comprehensively cover the entire asset life cycle—from initial design through to decommissioning.
AIMS Implementation Phases:
Phase I: Gap Analysis
Completed by EMC/Wood, this phase assessed existing systems and identified areas for improvement.
Phase II: Gap Closure and Development
Executed by ENPPI, in collaboration with DNV and Intertek, this phase focused on addressing the identified gaps and aligning with global best practices.
Phase III: Implementation and RBI Launch
Currently underway by ENPPI, this phase includes the deployment of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies to enhance asset integrity and operational reliability.
